Is it better to save documents and pictures on a flashdrive or on a CD?
Q. I have a bunch of pictures I want to keep and I have a flashdrive. I have a few CDs put away, but which is better to save them on?

I know flashdrives can corrupt (that happened once and that was just horrific
and CDs get scratched easily.

Which is better to save stuff on?

A. I Prefer Flash Drives or Even An External HDD.

This is Because if.. Worst comes to Worst and it becomes Corrupt..
(this is usually caused by Not 'Safely Removing The USB')
(Plus one should Error Check it Every now & Then)

But If this does Happen.. You can Simply Format it.. Then Recover...
Your Data Using some Free Or Paid For Recovery Programs.

Easeus is a Good one that Can Recover A Damaged USB/EHD Completely.

Even if the Partition table becomes Corrupt you can Fix it Easily With..
Easeus Partition Manager -> http://download.cnet.com/Easeus-Partition-Master-Home-Edition/3000-2248_4-10863346.html
(By Simply Deleting & Then Re-Creating the USB/EHD's Partition)

However.. If that was a Scratched CD.. Your Much more Limited.

Hope it helps :)
