Q. Does anyone know if you can take the info regarding windows recovery (the data on the setup cd) and dtransfer it onto a flash drive to use it?
And if so... I don't have the CD, so how do I get said data? Are there ways to get it without having to go and purchase the setup disk?

What to do when my flash drive stops working?
Q. I have a Dane Elec flash drive. I have had it almost two years. Today, I placed it in to my USB port, but nothing happened. No lights flashing, no sound to alert me that there was something in the port. I tried it on another laptop, with the same results. What can I do to retrive the info off of this flash drive and/or what can I do to make it work again?
A. They're pretty much considered disposable at this point due to how cheap they've become. Chances are there's not much you can do
You could always try data recovery software or an agency but it is usually much cheaper to buy a new flash drive. Depending of course on the value of the data.

How can I recover pictures from a formatted flash drive?
Q. I had some pictures on a usb flash drive, but I formatted the flash drive and now the pictures are lost.i've tried every method/program for recovery and it failed. Is there any method that will work?
A. Deleting or formatting won't make the data in flash drive erased permanently.
Those deleted data is still stored on the flash drive , it's just invisible or inaccessible. Only the FAT or NFTS table is erased (the information about where those data were saved), but the real data are still intact there in sectors of the hard drive.
So as long as those data are not overwritten by new data, it's highly possible to recover them. And the MOST Effective way is to rely on some format recovery programs.
Try this photo recovery program, which can recover data after deeply scanning your USB drive to look for lost data you accidentally deleted or formatted.
