Everything on my SSD gone?

Q. Today when I came home and as always turned on my PC I got an error " 0xc000000f The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible. " It was absolutely fine yesterday, I did not change or install anything.
Standard windows recovery did not help. Then I reinstalled the windows and when selecting where to install it my SSD was shown as 100% empty. I installed the OS on my HDD and yeah indeed my SSD is empty now. There are only 3 folders which are also empty- PerfLogs, Program Files and Windows.old and bootsqm.dat file. Total filled space is only 166mb so my files definitely can't be there. There is nothing at all that I can see.
So what could be the reason for this? Is my SSD faulty?

A. All drives fail..I wouldnt trust it again..if you continue to use it..back up important data.
