Dear Mr. Farrell Jr:
Thank you for the offer of joining The Greater Eagle Island Chamber of Commerce. It will be an honor and pleasure to be part of the GEICC. As you may know already, the name of my business is Latinos Computer Shop. Everybody is welcome to the shop but is intended to attract the Latino communities that as you may know are a big majority in the island. They go to stores like BestBuy or office depot because those are the only places they know. They have staff that speaks Spanish. What they donât know is their prices are too high and charge the costumer too much for simple things.
My business will have fair prices that anyone can afford and a better customer service. Latinos will be able to communicate better because they will be serviced by their own people, Latinos like them, which speak very good Spanish. We will offer all kinds of service for computers, including diagnosis, virus removal, data recovery and transfer, optimization, tune-ups, backup, etc. We also have a room full of servers, to provide service to business customers we will be able to manage their computers from our office; if they have any problems the only thing they need to do is give us a phone call and we will remote in to their computers with our sophisticated software and try to solve any problems they are experiencing
Again thank you for the invitation to join CEICC. Iâm looking forward to this new friendship.

this is the comment my teacher wrote on my graded paper:

Parts of this are good, but you have far too many errors, including serious fundamental errors. Most notably, you try to run sentences together with just a comma (called a COMMA SPLICE). You also have some very odd phrasing here and there.

Dear Mr. Farrell,

Thank you for inviting me to join the Greater Eagle Island Chamber of Commerce. It will be an honor and a pleasure to be part of the GEICC. My business, Latinos Computer Shop, has deep ties to the community. Representing the Latino majority, as well as the rest of the island, has been very rewarding. We proudly offer the community an alternative to Best Buy or Office Depot, the other two major electronic stores with a Spanish speaking staff. We are committed to providing our community with state of the art technology solutions that were, until now, only accessible in larger stores.
We provide our customers with competitive prices and excellent service. Latinos Computer Shop offers a wide variety of computer services such as diagnostics, virus removal, data recovery/transfer, optimization, tune-up, and backup disk service. We also have a service called Remote Server Support which is available to business customers who might need emergency computer management services. This is a very popular service. If our customer experiences a problem, all they have to do is give us a call. Using our sophisticated software, we could then solve their problem from our location.
At Latinos Computer Shop, we realize that all businesses rely on good customer service. That is why we insist that our highly qualified staff always be courteous and respectful. This community is the backbone of our business and it will be a pleasure to be a member of the Greater Eagle Island Chamber of Commerce.

Again, thank you for the invitation to join CEICC. Iâm looking forward to this new friendship.

Sincerely,

Claudia C Alvarado

will my recovery cd's work?
Q. our computer which got messed up before and had someone put windows xp professional on it and recovered all our data got messed up again. I ran a free windows registry cleaner and it made it so that when u rebooted on the computer the desktop picture would load and nothing else and rendering it inoperable. we took it too office depot to to load all the c drive's data on to an external hard disk. But just before we took it there i put one of the recovery cd's in and some message came up that some file was missing and it wouldn't be able to continue but im not sure if that happened because I quickly took the cd out before it fully ran to not reformat the drive and lose all our data. we're picking it up from home depot soon but just wondering if u think the recovery cd's will work

A. Consider yourself extremely lucky if you are able to recover your data I just have a simple advise to you please don't mess with your Data take the help of data recovery software or visit the professionals to recover your data.

windows will not start sucessfully?
Q. When I turn on the laptop the onscreen optiona are
-Start windows normally
-last known good configuration
-safe
-safe with networking
-safe with command prompt

None af of the above options are working, it's just starting up againgiving me the above 5 options!

A. My mother had the same problem. We tried everthing! So an office depot tech guy recommend puting in the XP OS disk and boot/restart from he disk, go to recovery and when there to just type "R" for repair. This only repair the system/boot drivers and doesn't delete any personal files, folders, or programs. Once the drivers load remove the disc and restart.
