Q. For instance, I deleted something from my laptop 2 months ago, but after using some of the recover software (Easy Drive Data Recovery), I manage to recovered the unwanted files.
The files that I deleted are still there, even though I use CCleaner.
So, how do I permanently delete files that I had deleted months ago?
EDIT: Can reformat the hard disk drive do the trick?

A. You need toallally wipe the free space with a utility made especilly for that purpose.

its free. you can reformat. Incredible as it sounds it is possible to recover files from a re format. THAT utility writes a blank code over them making it un recoverable

Can i recover data from before my hard drive was wiped?
Q. so basically I had some pictures on my laptop that I want, but my hard drive was wiped and reformatted when I had a new OS installed (Mac). Is there a data recovery program that will allow me to get the pictures back?
A. You can try to recover your data with Easy Drive Data Recovery software:
http://www.munsoft.com/EasyDriveDataRecovery/
It uses unique modern algorithms to recover files that other software either recovers incorrectly or is unable to detect.

Is there a free data recovery program after reformatting?
Q. I plugged in another hard drive on my computer to reformat it...I accidentally reformatted my D drive that has all my pictures on it. I did find a program called PLDataRecovery from ParetoLogic Inc. and scanned it and it found all my stuff however they want money to recover it...is there a FREE program out there that I can use?
A. I would give Recuva a try. It does not do the best job, but it is free! See the link below. I hope this helps!
