Q. Please HELP! I uploaded a YouTube video along time ago and I deleted it by accident but want too get it back. And I dont have it on my pc anymore PLEASE HELP! :((((
A. When you say that you don't have it on your pc anymore... what do you mean?
Did you delete it?
Did you delete and wipe it from your hard drive?
Is it a new drive / pc?
If you just deleted it, and it's the same drive, you might be able to retrieve it from your pc using forensic software. (It's called that because it's the software law enforcement uses to retrieve files that suspects have deleted.) I'm going to hunt around to see if I can find any good, free (hopefully open-source) forensics software.

I doubt web.archive.org will work for downloading a youtube video, but it's worth a shot if you have the time. (There are many sites/browser add-ons to download videos. Like this one: http://www.savevid.com/ ) Good luck! :)

What happens if i put my labtop into recovery mode?
Q. Ok so i was watching youtube videos on my labtop and i lost connection.... so i shut it down and it still has no connection available... Does anyone know how to help? Thanks
A. Recovery mode writes over the operating system and every thing on the hard drive putting the laptop back to factory and nothing in the way of data/files/music/pictures etc. can be gotten back if you did not have them backed up.

Is there any possible way that I cam recover deleted videos from my iTouch?
Q. I was working in iMovie on a project for my class and when I went to upload it to YouTube, my iTouch crashed. Then when I pulled it back up, 99% of the videos were deleted from the vid and the album. I can't export it because it says it can't export because there is movies that are not in the photo album! It's due tomorrow, please if there is any FREE way that I can recover them I would be soooo grateful
A. I don't think free software can help with your problem. Some small utility can recover data for free but I'm not sure 100% that they can recover your data intact(maybe they ruin it or just recover it but can't open it).
Asoftech Data Recovery is a better choice and I have used it to recover the files I accidentally deleted.Cost a bit but safer.
