A. I don't think free program can help with your problem. Some small utility can recover data for free but I'm not sure 100% that they can recover your data intact(maybe they ruin it or just recover it but can't open it).
Asoftech Data Recovery is a better choice and I have used it to recover the files I accidentally deleted.Cost a bit but safer.
