Q. I accidentally deleted a video I filmed at a concert off my Canon Powershot SD1100 IS's memory card. I never uploaded it to the computer. Is there a way to still retrieve it? Or is it gone for good?
I downloaded ParetoLogic Data Recovery Pro, but either I'm missing something or it's not even detecting my chip when it scans for deleted files.

Q. I took my Acer laptop to my local computer repair service. They attempted to try to recover the data off the hard drive from it because it failed and I need a professional data recovery service. I want to know how much it is going to cost me as well. I hope the service is near my area zip code 67880. This never happened to me before but I really need the data off of it.
